mixed feelings about this stay
limited breakfastdifficult check-in
I booked a double room, hoping for a relaxing time but ended up with a twin room. the staff didn't seem to understand english very well, made the check-in process difficult. It was frustrating. i also found the breakfast options limited. it was hard to find something i actually liked, and the food didn't seem fresh

the rooms spaciousness met my expectations, a acceptable feature .
I found issues with the minibar, it had not cold drinks available upon arrival. requesting extra towels involved excessive delays, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. the television remote control was not working properly. I had to call maintenance for assistance.

rigid seatinglowered atmosphere
i was somewhat disappointed. the breakfast seating was very rigid. guests had to choose a specific time slot, a system i found inconvenient (especially on vacation). also, i noticed many guests wearing pajamas during breakfast. it felt a bit odd and lowered the overall dining atmosphere. i think the hotel could improve this aspect.
